BHI Appoints Dafna Dothan as Chief Risk and Compliance Officer

NEW YORK, JULY 7, 2026 – BHI, the U.S Branch of Bank Hapoalim, B.M. and a full-service commercial bank, today announced the appointment of Dafna Dothan as Chief Risk and Compliance Officer.
Dafna brings more than 30 years of experience across risk and compliance, with leadership roles spanning both the United States and Israel with deep expertise in all aspects of risk management and compliance. She joins BHI from Cross River Bank, where she served as Chief Risk Officer. Earlier in her career, she was the Chief Risk Officer at Bank Leumi USA.
