Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Spencer G. Emanuel has joined the firm’s New York office as an associate in its Real Estate practice group. His arrival adds further depth to the firm’s national real estate bench and underscores Blank Rome’s continued investment in sophisticated real estate capabilities in key markets.
Spencer represents developers, real estate investment trusts, private equity funds, and financial institutions in a broad range of complex debt and equity transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, loan originations, mezzanine financings, loan pledges, restructurings, and deed-in-lieu transactions involving hotel, office, industrial, and retail properties and portfolios.
Licensed to practice in New York, Spencer earned his J.D. from Cardozo School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Michigan. He joins Blank Rome from Loeb & Loeb LLP.
