Proskauer Continues Global Finance Growth with Addition of Bryon Mulligan in Charlotte

Charlotte, June 3, 2026 – Proskauer announced today that Bryon Mulligan has joined the Firm as a partner in its Global Finance practice in Charlotte. Bryon focuses on issues arising under the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) in connection with a wide spectrum of transactions.

Bryon is a seasoned commercial finance lawyer with broad experience across leveraged finance, syndicated bank loans, and structured financings, including emerging areas such as Bitcoin-backed ABS offerings and crypto custody arrangements under the UCC. He also advises on data center project financings, warehouse lending, commodity and hedge fund financings, and restructurings. Bryon serves as co-chair of the Investment Securities Subcommittee of the American Bar Association's Uniform Commercial Code Committee and co-chair of the ABA Business Law Section's UCC Article 8 Modernization Task Force.
