Michael Goletz Joins Archway as Managing Director

Archway is pleased to welcome Michael Goletz to Archway. Based in Indianapolis, Goletz will lead Archway's efforts to expand Archway’s presence across the Midwest, sourcing and structuring customized financing solutions for middle-market companies.

Goletz brings more than 20 years of experience in asset-based lending and middle-market finance, with a strong track record of originating, structuring, and executing complex transactions across both bank and non-bank platforms. He is known for his hands-on, relationship-first approach and his ability to quarterback transactions from initial sourcing through execution.
