Justin Ricketts Joins CohnReznick as Chief Technology Officer

Justin Ricketts joins CohnReznick as Chief Technology Officer, focused on accelerating the firm’s technology strategy and delivering innovative, client-centric solutions that support the firm’s continued growth.

(New York, NY) May 5, 2026 – CohnReznick, a leading professional services firm, announced today that Justin Ricketts has joined the firm as Chief Technology Officer. Based in Dallas, Ricketts will focus on accelerating the firm’s technology strategy, enhancing digital capabilities, and delivering innovative, client-centric solutions that support the firm’s continued growth. 

Ricketts is an accomplished technology executive with a more than 30-year track record of building and scaling enterprise platforms that drive growth in complex, high trust and heavily regulated industries. He brings to the role deep expertise in digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and platform strategy.

Prior to joining CohnReznick, Justin served as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for the nation’s largest independent distributor of personal lines insurance. There he led all aspects of technology, including software engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, product management, and AI. Previously, Justin was President of a leading technology company, where he led a global SaaS platform that powered distribution for more than 40,000 hotel properties worldwide. He has also held senior executive roles at companies within the healthcare and insurance industries.  

Justin earned a B.S., in Management Information Systems from The University of Texas at Arlington; and completed the Blue Cross Blue Shield Executive Leadership program at Fuqua School of Business, Duke University as well as the Delivering Information Solutions program at Harvard Business School.
