Tabitha Humphries represents lenders and borrowers across a wide range of industries in all types of financing transactions, including investment‑grade facilities, leveraged loans, asset‑based financings, and cross‑border secured credit facilities. Her experience spans acquisition financings, liability‑management transactions, debtor‑in‑possession financings, and exit financings.
