BETHESDA, MD, April 22, 2026 – MidCap Financial, a leading commercial finance company focused on middle market transactions, today announced it has provided a senior secured credit facility to LLFlex, LLC (“LLFlex” or the “Company”). Proceeds from the credit facility were used to refinance the Company’s existing credit facilities and to support the ongoing working capital needs of the Company.
About the Company
LLFlex, LLC is a U.S.-based manufacturer of laminated and coated materials with a history dating back to 1955, headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky. Known for producing highly engineered, mission‑critical products, LLFlex manufactures specialty laminates used in building and construction, wire and cable, tobacco packaging, and specialty packaging end markets. The Company operates two manufacturing facilities in Louisville, KY and High Point, NC, with vertically integrated laminating, coating, printing, and slitting capabilities.
