Papke Joins CohnReznick as Transaction Advisory Managing Director

March 25, 2026 — CohnReznick, a leading professional services firm, today announced that Nicholas Papke has joined the firm as a Managing Director in its rapidly growing Transaction Advisory practice. Papke joins the firm with extensive deal experience, having led more than 100 transactional advisory engagements since 2020. His broad expertise encompasses financial due diligence, cross‑border team leadership, operational analysis, and advisory support across a wide range of industries and deal structures.

Throughout his career, Papke has managed complex buy‑side and sell‑side diligence engagements, primarily for organizations with revenues from $10 million to $1 billion, as well as intricate multinational carve‑outs and acquisitions valued up to $10 billion. He is particularly adept at evaluating EBITDA performance, identifying critical deal issues, assessing operational drivers, and delivering insights that inform valuation and negotiation strategies.
