Veteran private credit executive joins at a pivotal moment to connect institutional market participants with the firm’s transparent, quantitative credit risk capabilities

NEW YORK –  February 25, 2026 –
Transparency Analytics (or “the Company”), a financial benchmarking business focused on private credit, today announced that it has appointed experienced private credit ratings sales executive Gregory Rauscher as Vice President of Sales. Rauscher will lead Transparency Analytics’ client outreach across private credit, corporate credit, and institutional investors, advancing the Company’s transparent, quantitative, and technology-driven approach to assessing issuer credit risk.

Rauscher, a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst, brings over two decades of senior sales leadership experience across alternative investments, business relationship management, customer service, client relations, and business-to-business sales to his role at Transparency Analytics.

Most recently, Rauscher served as Vice President, Americas Client Development, for Arbolus Technologies, a knowledge-sharing platform and expert network. In this role, he managed business development teams across a diverse portfolio—including asset managers, corporations, professional service firms, and private equity/debt firms—before pivoting to lead a strategic build-out with multi-strategy hedge funds. Prior to Arbolus, he was Director, Institutional Sales at Glass Lewis, one of the world’s leading providers of corporate governance data and insights to institutional investors and companies, where he was responsible for growing its business in the Northeastern U.S.

Earlier in his career, Rauscher served as the Global Head of Institutional Sales, Marketing & Private Placements at Egan-Jones Ratings where he sold its suite of products to financial institutions, including asset managers, BDC’s, direct lenders, insurance companies, investment banks, private equity general partners, investor law firms, middle market firms, pension funds, and wealth managers.

Rauscher graduated with an MBA in Finance & International Business from the D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and bachelors from the University of Pennsylvania.
