Mr. Powell is a seasoned transactional lawyer with deep expertise in private equity and middle-market M&A, advising sponsors and their portfolio companies, C-suite executives, and founders through complex buy-side and sell-side transactions, emphasizing risk mitigation and practical solutions. Mr. Powell’s experience spans industries including aerospace, defense, government services, industrial manufacturing, food and beverage, retail, technology, chemical distribution, consumer goods, third party logistics, and life sciences. He also advises clients on equity financings, strategic investments, joint ventures, and corporate governance.
