Goldberg Kohn Welcomes Veteran Tax Attorney Kelly Glynn to its Corporate Practice Group

Goldberg Kohn is thrilled to announce that tax lawyer Kelly Glynn has joined the firm as a Principal in our Corporate Group. She brings to the firm extensive experience advising U.S., non-U.S., and multinational clients on a wide range of U.S. tax matters and cross-border tax issues. With the addition of Kelly, Goldberg Kohn clients gain a wealth of expertise representing clients in tax controversies and litigation.
With respect to cross-border tax issues, Kelly has broad experience advising multinational clients in internal reorganizations, structuring inbound and outbound investments, the Foreign Investment in Real Property Tax Act, Passive Foreign Investment Corporations and other U.S. anti-deferral regimes (GILTI, Subpart F), withholding, and treaty analysis.
She regularly counsels clients on the tax considerations related to formation and exit, qualified small business stock requirements and its related tax benefits, mergers and acquisitions, spin-off transactions, joint ventures, private equity fund structures and real estate transactions. In addition, Kelly routinely advises clients on the ever-changing tax laws, including the recently passed One Big Beautiful Bill Act.
Kelly joins Goldberg Kohn from Nixon Peabody, where she represented clients in a range of tax matters. For nearly a decade, she was an International Tax advisor with Ernst & Young LLP and Deloitte Tax, and early in her career, she was an associate in the Tax Controversy & General Litigation practices at Mayer Brown LLP.
Kelly earned her J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School and B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame.
