Gibson Dunn Adds Prominent Fund Finance and Structured Capital Partner Duncan K. R. McKay in New York

McKay, who has joined the New York office as a partner and will serve as Head of Fund Finance. He brings extensive experience in structuring, negotiating, and managing complex fund finance and structured capital transactions.
