Jake McCarthy leads Rouse Appraisals business practice. Rouse evaluates approximately $90 billion in equipment annually.  He oversees Rouse’s market reporting and tracking which is widely subscribed throughout the industry. He has experience valuing an array of assets, ranging from mobile cranes to crawler drills. Jake holds a senior accreditation from the American Society of Appraisers. In addition to his valuation skillset he has a background in strategic planning and data analysis. He earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and started his professional career in consulting at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
