MidCap Financial Adds Jack Penzi as Managing Director of Originations for the ABL Team

BETHESDA, MD – October 30, 2025 – MidCap Financial is pleased to announce that Jack Penzi has joined as Managing Director of Originations for the ABL Team. Mr. Penzi will be based in New York City and will originate and underwrite Revolver and Term Loan credit facilities from $10MM to $500MM for the ABL strategies at MidCap Financial.
Mr. Penzi joins MidCap Financial with more than 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. Most recently, Mr. Penzi completed a six-month rotation as a Senior Vice President and Managing Director at Capteris Capital, the equipment finance platform backed by Apollo Global Management and MidCap Financial, and will continue to collaborate with the Capteris Capital team. Prior to Capteris, he was a Director of Originations at a commercial finance company focused on senior-secured asset-based loans, holding various roles on the origination, underwriting, and portfolio management teams.
