A nationally recognized leader in disaster recovery and community development, her appointment underscores the practice’s commitment to excellence and innovation in supporting governmental disaster recovery programs.
Brogan has more than two decades of experience designing and delivering high-impact programs that strengthen resilience and improve lives – including 15 years in senior government roles. Her leadership has guided the deployment of $12 billion in Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) funds, supporting tens of thousands of households, small businesses, and infrastructure projects. As former Chief Policy and Research Officer at the New York Governor’s Office of Storm Recovery, Brogan spearheaded 17 federally funded initiatives and helped shape national policy reform.
