nFusion Capital Provides $3 Million ABL Line to Support Global Growth of Innerspring Systems Manufacturer

A Texas-based manufacturer specializing in patented pocketed coil innerspring systems for the bedding and furniture industries. Founded in 2001, the Company produces high-performance, recyclable spring units engineered for durability, comfort, and efficiency. Their customer base consists of regional and national mattress manufacturers such as Sealy® and Serta®, furniture producers, and boxed bed brands seeking customized, eco-friendly innerspring solutions.
In addition to manufacturing the innerspring systems, the Company’s Founder expanded the product line to include coil-making equipment to be sold to European mattress companies. The Founder needed expanded funding to support the new product line launch and the rapidly growing existing business. He turned to his Chief Financial Officer, who recommended nFusion Capital.
