Tom Goldblatt founded Ravinia Capital LLC in 1998 and is managing partner. He is trusted corporate finance advisor and an expert in M&A, capital raises, and restructurings.

Tom's extensive experience ranging from sales to CEO has been pivotal in the firm's success, earning him the 'Distressed Mergers and Acquisitions Dealmaker of the Year' award twice; once in 2014 and then a decade later, in  2024. His academic journey is equally impressive, with a BA in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, a JD from the University of Chicago, and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
