Bay Area Expansion is Latest Move in Firm’s Strategic Growth Plan

New York, NY – October 7, 2025 – CohnReznick, a leading professional services firm, today announced that it has opened a new office in the heart of San Francisco’s financial district. Bringing together teams to deliver comprehensive advisory, assurance, and tax services for the Bay Area’s vibrant business community, the firm offers deep industry expertise in financial services, private equity and venture capital, technology, real estate, and other industries home to the Bay Area.

The new CohnReznick office is located at 201 California Street, Suite 1550, San Francisco, CA  94111. The building, at the corner of California and Front streets, is a 17-story Class A office tower strategically located in the city’s central business district.

Angela Ty will serve as CohnReznick’s San Francisco Market Leader. An assurance partner, Ty has deep roots in the Bay Area and expertise in alternative investments with a specific focus on hedge funds, private equity, and venture capital. Ty is joined by firm leaders in the market with extensive transaction, technology, and CFO Advisory experience, Together, they will grow the San Francisco team across service lines to meet the needs of this robust business community.
