Serving as President of JOBE Services Inc., Jonathon's focus is on helping small to mid-sized businesses solve their working capital constraints through asset-based lending and accounts receivables factoring. His role oversees key strategic, investment, and policy developments to foster growth and to align business objectives with our clients' unique capital needs.

Alongside my responsibilities at JOBE Services, Jonathon continues to guide Caledon Capital, LLC, leveraging his background in product strategy and business development across the fixed income, credit and private alternatives.

Jonathon's dedication to fintech innovation continues through his advisory board position at Yayati, where my insights contribute to the cutting-edge solutions in the industry.

Jonathon is passionate about homeless initiatives and currently serves on the board of GHH providing housing and wrap around services to Orange County’s homeless population.
