Black Rock Coffee Bar Announces Closing of Initial Public Offering and Full Exercise of Underwriters’ Option to Purchase Additional Shares

Jones Day represented the founders in connection with Black Rock Coffee Bar, Inc.'s ("Black Rock Coffee Bar") $338 million initial public offering and pre-IPO reorganization into an Up-C structure with a first-of-its-kind Texas corporation and Delaware limited liability company. The IPO, including the exercise of the underwriters’ overallotment option, consisted of an offering of 16,911,764 shares of Class A Common Stock at $20.00 per share.
