Davies Appoints Mark DiMaio as Head of Capital Markets to Drive Global Expansion

London, UK – 09 September, 2025 – Davies, the leading specialist professional services and technology firm serving insurance and highly regulated markets, has announced the appointment of Mark DiMaio as Head of Capital Markets.
Davies’ consulting & technology division helps insurers to develop their business, technology and people performance by managing complex projects in areas including underwriting, policy administration, claims, compliance and data - using transformative technology to inspire innovation and enhance the customer experience.
Mark DiMaio was previously Senior Advisor and Founder at Pelagic Strategic Partners LLC, a provider of strategic advisory service to global fintech, financial and professional services clients, C-suites, investors and venture capitalists. Following many years of leading professional services advisory businesses and supporting a wide range of financial services organisations.
In order to accelerate the growth of the firm’s consulting & technology division, as a specialist in banking and capital markets, spanning the US, Canada, Europe, APAC and the Middle East - Mark will lead the division’s go-to market strategy and solutions across the globe, with an emphasis on leveraging his long-standing relationships in the global financial services industry.
In this newly created role, Mark DiMaio will be supported by Peter Keaveney as part of the Financial Services strategy for North America. Peter will focus on strengthening Davies’ global relationships with Trust banks, while continuing to lead locally in Asset & Wealth Management. He will also collaborate across adjacent divisions, to identify synergies and drive broader growth opportunities.
