Northrop Grumman entered an agreement for $3 billion in revolving credit.
The agreement replaces Northrop Grumman's five-year credit facility with a principal amount of $2.5 billion, which it entered in August 2022, the defense company said Tuesday. The new five-year senior unsecured revolving credit facility has JPMorgan Chase acting as administrative agent.
The credit facility is intended to support the Falls Church, Va., company's commercial paper program and other general corporate purposes, it said.
