Rosenthal Capital Group Hires Jeff Biesiada as Senior Business Development Officer For Equipment Finance Division

(NEW YORK) – September 3, 2025– Rosenthal Capital Group (RCG), the leading private commercial finance firm in the United States, today announced that Jeff Biesiada has joined RCG as Senior Business Development Officer for its Equipment Finance Division, effective September 2, 2025. 

With over 20 years of experience in the commercial finance industry, Jeff joins RCG with extensive background in equipment finance & leasing and will be responsible for developing new business with commercial equipment vendors and dealers, private equity firms, ABL partners and restructuring shareholders. Most recently, Jeff served as Director of Equipment Finance for Gordon Brothers in Boston, Massachusetts. Prior to that, he was Managing Director of Strategic Partnerships & New Client Development for 13 years at Mercury Commercial Finance Group in Cleveland, Ohio.
