B. Riley Securities Serves as Exclusive Financial Advisor to Pool Works, LLC

("BRS"), a leading middle market investment bank, is pleased to have served as exclusive financial advisor to Pool Works, LLC (“Pool Works” or the “Company”) in connection with the Company’s successful acquisition by a Texas based private equity firm focused on investing in and growing service businesses. 
 
Pool Works is a pool construction company specializing in plaster, decking, gunite and tile blasting services. The Company collaborates with builders and contractors to create custom pools and tailored outdoor solutions for commercial and residential clients.
