Its team comprises professionals with extensive experience in credit services and the financial industry. Y&A Credit Services provides commercial credit underwriting, annual underwriting reviews, financial statement spreading, and underwriting package reviews. Commencing his banking journey in 2016, Ollie concentrated primarily on the commercial banking sphere. His tenure with Y&A commenced with a focus on the company’s loan review process, delving into the fundamentals of lending, credit, and actively engaging in fieldwork for loan reviews. Transitioning to a credit analyst role in a West Virginia regional bank further enriched his expertise.

Rejoining Y&A in 2018, Ollie contributed significantly to the loan review department, conducting meticulous third-party and due diligence reviews for small and regional banks. His responsibilities expanded as he assumed a managerial role in lending administration, revolutionizing the department’s information distribution and documentation through streamlined processes and the successful implementation of a new software platform. Under his leadership as the Quality Control Department Manager, the department experienced two record-breaking revenue years, nearly doubling its productivity.

Ollie holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from West Virginia University in Morgantown and completed an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Marshall University. His steadfast commitment to excellence and innovative approaches to financial strategies continue to drive Y&A’s success in the dynamic financial industry.
