CVC Credit Prices $475M Apidos LIII

NEW YORK – April 30, 2025 – CVC Credit, the $47bn global credit management business of CVC, is pleased to announce that it has successfully priced Apidos LIII (53), a new $475m Collateralized Loan Obligation ("CLO"). Societe Generale served as lead arranger for CVC Credit’s second US CLO New Issue pricing in 2025.
This is the third new CLO priced globally by CVC Credit in 2025, which combined have an aggregate value of c.$1.4bn (c.€1.3bn). Apidos LIII has a five-year reinvestment period and two-year non-call period, backed by a diversified portfolio of senior secured assets.
