At the 6th Annual USA Middle Market M&A Atlas Awards, the firm was named Outstanding USA Transaction Advisory Firm and also won the Growth Investment Deal Award. Claudine Cohen, Managing Principal of the firm’s Value360 Practice, was named a Top USA Women Leader during M&A Network’s 6th Annual Top USA Women Leaders & Deal Makers Awards.
USA Middle Market M&A Atlas Awards
This award was established to recognize the best value-creating deals, outstanding firms, top dealmakers-leaders from the small, lower to middle-market segments from coast to coast.
