Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers In $579 Million Credit Facility For Covanta Holding Corporation

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with $579 million of sustainability-linked incremental term loan B and term loan C credit facilities for Covanta Holding Corporation. Proceeds from the credit facility will be used for general corporate purposes and a refinancing of existing indebtedness. Covanta is a waste-to-energy company providing environmentally sustainable solutions for waste disposal.
