Lighthouse Financial Corp. Announces Promotion of Todd Miller to EVP and Chief Credit Officer

Lighthouse Financial Corp. is pleased to announce the promotion of Todd Miller to Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer. In his new role, Mr. Miller will take on the additional responsibility of ensuring the credit worthiness of the overall portfolio of asset based loans while managing his own portfolio and serving on the credit committee. He will also continue to support operations and underwriting as well. Mr. Miller replaces Mark Walling in this role, as Mr. Walling takes the title of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.

Mr. Miller is an industry veteran with 37 years of experience in banking and asset based lending, having spent nearly 25 of those years with Lighthouse. Commenting on Mr. Miller's promotion, Lighthouse president J. Brad Leach said, "Todd is truly an asset to our organization. There aren't many individuals that possess the combined experience and portfolio management skills of Todd.
