Madison, Wis.-based First Business Bank promoted Eric Schremp to vice president of commercial banking. 

Schremp has more than a decade of commercial banking experience. First Business Bank hired Schremp as a credit analyst in 2013. He eventually moved to the commercial banking team.

Schremp has a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
