Huntington Business Credit Provides $200 Million in New Credit Facilities for Daedong-USA, Inc.

Huntington Business Credit, acting as lead arranger and administrative agent, announced it closed $200,000,000 new credit facilities with Daedong-USA, Inc., on December 20, 2023.  Proceeds of the facility were used to refinance existing debt and provide ongoing working capital financing.

Daedong-USA, Inc., headquartered in Wendall, NC, is an importer and wholesale distributor of Kioti tractors, accessories, and parts to farm implement dealers throughout the U.S.              

Huntington Business Credit provides working capital and term loan facilities to large corporate and middle market companies for acquisitions, LBO’s, MBO’s recapitalizations, rapid growth, seasonal working capital build-up, and turnaround situations.
