Quick Poll on Lending in California

In June, SFNet was successful in getting an amendment to the California Commercial Finance Disclosure Law granting lenders a safe harbor (which goes into effect on January 1, 2024) in the event that estimates are made in good faith, but do not match the borrower’s actual subsequent experience.
