SFNet Member Director, Joel B. Rosenthal
Mr. Rosenthal is a native Houstonian. He received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin in 1985. Additionally, he received an International MBA (Finance) from the University of South Carolina in 1988. Mr. Rosenthal was a founder and executive of First Republic Capital Corp., a Houston-based factoring company, specializing in accounts receivable factoring, which was acquired by a major Houston bank in 1998. He is currently a founder and executive manager of Charter Capital GP, LLC.
