T.J. McMillan is the Chief Executive Officer & Co-Chief Investment Officer at Blackburn. He was a senior financial analyst with Wells Fargo Lender Finance (WFLF), specializing in fraud examination and credit compliance. He has worked to provide capital to specialty finance companies including distressed asset purchaser, asset-based and hard money lenders, and leasing and factoring companies. T.J. has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
