Great Rock Capital Provides $45 Million of Liquidity to Sponsor-Owned Cosmetics Company

Additional capital to execute on growth initiatives

Westport, CT – April 11, 2023 – Great Rock Capital, an asset-focused commercial finance company specializing in middle market lending, today announced that it has provided $45 million of liquidity through a senior secured credit facility to an internationally recognized cosmetics company.  The facility was used to refinance existing indebtedness and will provide additional capital and financial flexibility to support the Company’s ongoing growth.

Wingspire Capital served as the lead agent for the overall $125 million senior secured credit facility.
