SRZ Represents JANA Partners in Agreement to Add New Directors to Board of Mercury Systems, Inc.

Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP represented JANA Partners in its agreement with Mercury Systems, Inc. to add two new independent directors to Mercury Systems Inc.’s Board of Directors.  JANA owns more than 5% of the common stock in Mercury Systems Inc., a leader in trusted, secure mission-critical technologies for aerospace and defense.
