New Leadership Team Joins WEX to Lead Capital Solutions Business

WEX (NYSE: WEX), the global commerce platform that simplifies the business of
running a business, announces the launch of WEX Capital.

Formerly known as Fleet One Factoring, WEX’s newly named WEX Capital business
provides companies with flexible working capital solutions to support business
opportunities or growth. Backed by the stability of an FDIC-insured financial institution,
WEX Bank, WEX Capital is well-positioned to partner with businesses to provide the
flexible funding options today’s modern businesses need.

Joining WEX to lead this business is Heath Holdbrooks, vice president at WEX.
Holdbrooks came to WEX from Crestmark, a division of MetaBank, where he served as
President of the Commercial Capital Group. Joining Holdbrooks is Lynne Taylor Farrar,
Cory Turner and Sean Campbell. Farrar, most recently Underwriting Manager at
Crestmark, will serve as Director of Operations. Turner and Campbell, both previously
regional Business Development Managers at Crestmark, will help form WEX Capital’s
field sales organization.
