Schulte Roth & Zabel Represents Deer Park Road Management Company in Formation of Flywheel SFR Fund I LP

Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP represented Deer Park Road Management Company (“Deer Park Road”), an alternative investment manager, in the formation of Flywheel SFR Fund I LP (the “Fund”), a closed-end real estate fund that will pursue a single-family rental strategy. Schulte’s Investment Management, M&A, Real Estate and Finance & Derivatives teams handled the negotiation of a seed investment in the Fund by an institutional investor, Deer Park Road’s equity investment in the Fund’s property manager, the negotiation of the Fund’s property management agreement and the negotiation of a revolving credit facility.
