Winston & Strawn Represents The Care Team

Winston & Strawn represented The Care Team ("TCT"), a prominent hospice and home health provider operating across the states of Michigan and Texas, in its acquisition of Arcadia Hospice of SEPA, LLC ("Arcadia"), a hospice provider based in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

TCT is a portfolio company of Revelstoke Capital Partners ("Revelstoke"), a Denver-based private equity firm. This transaction marks TCT's third acquisition since partnering with Revelstoke and its second outside of the state of Michigan, serving as a key foundation for geographic expansion and the development of national scale. Select shareholders of Arcadia will continue in an advisory role with TCT.
