Simpay Receives $17M Loan From Columbia Pacific Business Finance

Simpay (formerly known as Alpha Card Services), a Trevose, PA-based independent sales organization specializing in merchant service solutions, received a $17m term loan from Columbia Pacific Business Finance.

The funds will be used to refinance existing debt and fund expansion of Simpay’s sales and service initiatives.

Led by Lazaros Kalemis, CEO, Simpay offers a suite of payment processing and ERP products to small and medium sized business. The company now serves more than 2,800 active customers.
