Winston & Strawn LLP represented WebFX, a full-service digital marketing agency, in connection with its capital investment from Trilantic North America, a growth-focused middle market private equity firm focused on control and significant minority investments in North America. The capital partnership between WebFX and Trilantic North America’s Fund VI will assist future growth for the Pennsylvania-based company, supporting expansion in talent, new services, geographic offices, technology, data analytics, and AI. WebFX plans to create 300 additional jobs over the next 5 years.
