Republic Capital Access, LLC Expands Product Offering

Republic Capital Access, LLC, the leading specialty finance company for U.S. Government contractors and a Department of Defense Trusted Capital Marketplace member, will now provide contract financing for companies with state government contracts, as well as U.S. Government contracts.

“Over the past year, we have been approached by a number of companies that need working capital financing to execute on state government contracts,” said Matt Stavish, Senior Vice President. “In many cases, these contracts were related to limiting the spread of COVID-19 and the distribution of vaccines. As such, it was especially gratifying to be able to help out.”

The structure of Republic's state financing program will mirror Republic's non-recourse, lien-free, no personal guarantee program now used by hundreds of U.S. Government contractors.
