Winston & Strawn represented Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Administrative Agent, in connection with an $800,000,000 revolving credit facility for Owens Corning to refinance its existing revolving credit facility. The credit agreement includes the ability for the company and Sustainability Coordinators (Wells Fargo and Bank of America) to enter in an ESG amendment that lowers pricing based on the company either achieving certain KPI indicators or certain ESG ratings to be mutually agreed.
