Winston & Strawn Represents Triple-S Steel

A Winston & Strawn team led by Matt Stockstill and Doug Yeager represented Triple-S Steel in connection with the acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Rolled Steel Products Company, a steel services center located in Los Angeles, California. The two companies, founded in 1956 and under the ownership of the Alperson family since 1973, supply precision strip and flat-rolled products to a diverse range of customers in Southern California.
