Huntington Business Credit Closes $24 Million Credit Facility with Elk Lighting. Inc.

Huntington Business Credit announced it closed new $24,000,000 credit facilities with Elk Lighting, Inc. on December 15, 2020.  Proceeds of the facilities were used to refinance existing indebtedness and support ongoing working capital growth financing.               

Huntington Business Credit provides working capital and term loan facilities to middle market companies for acquisitions, LBO’s, MBO’s recapitalizations, rapid growth, seasonal working capital build-up, and turnaround situations.

Elk Lighting, Inc., located in Nesquehoning, Pennsylvania, is a designer and wholesale distributor of indoor and outdoor residential and commercial lighting fixtures, LED lighting, decorative accessories and furniture.
