Lana Fidelscaia Joins First Business Growth Funding as Vice President - Business Development Officer

First Business Growth Funding, the Accounts Receivable Financing arm of First Business Financial Services, Inc., announces that Lana Fidelscaia was hired as Vice President - Business Development Officer.

She has over 10 years of experience in the financial industry specifically in Factoring, Asset-Based Lending, Commercial Real Estate, and with SBA lending. Previously, Lana held positions that expanded her expertise in underwriting, real estate analysis, and cash flow improvement.

Lana received her bachelor’s degree in finance and credit from State University of Moldova, Chisinau, Moldova. She earned a real estate license from Brookhaven College in 2004.
