BHI Appoints Jocelyn Bluth Chief People Officer

BHI, a full-service commercial bank, announced that it has appointed Jocelyn Bluth as Chief People Officer. Bluth joins BHI with more than 25 years of human resources experience in banking and financial services.

Jocelyn has great vision for our bank, and I am confident that she will be an invaluable addition to the BHI team,” Gabriel Hamani CEO of BHI said. “Jocelyn succeeds our current head of HR, Terry Tablin, who will be retiring later this year. We thank Terry for her exceptional service to BHI and wish her all the best in the coming years.”
Previously, Bluth served as a Human Resources Executive for Golub Capital, responsible for employee engagement and growth, and supporting all front-office functions. She spent the prior 11 years at JP Morgan Chase – Commercial Banking, where her most recent position was Managing Director, Business Partner, leading the Human Resources Business Partners practice in support of national middle market and global specialized industries and credit market businesses.
Bluth has also held executive HR positions with Legg Mason Asset Management and Credit Suisse First Boston. She earned a BA in organizational management from the University of Michigan and an MBA in business management from New York University.
