With 47 years of experience in commercial banking, asset-based lending, factoring, and mergers and acquisitions, Allen Frederic will use his vast experience to find solutions for his clients to help them succeed when faced with the challenges presented by industry, market, and financial problems.

Allen’s extensive network of various institutional and personal contacts in the financial industry is essential for successful outcomes of his services. With IFG, Allen offers services in three areas of expertise: assisting companies experiencing financial stress to identify and follow necessary steps for a return to profitability through expert turn around management; crafting suitable financial packages by approaching the right lenders known to have an appetite for and experience with a particular industry or transaction whether as a senior lender, subordinated debt issuer, equipment lender, or other professional; identifying clients’ priorities in mergers and acquisitions scenarios and ensure those are attained by a clear determination of the appropriateness of a potential deal which addresses financial, operational, and cultural considerations.
