•            $2,000,000 Capital Lease secured by Machinery and Equipment to a Hemp Processing company located in California. Utica provided the working capital for this company to expand and grow operations.

•            $750,000 Capital Lease secured by Machinery and Equipment to a Medical company located in Pennsylvania. Utica provided the working capital for this company for new purchases.
