Managing Partner, Core Vision Strategies, LLC

Kennedy Capin is the Managing Partner of Core Vision, bringing nearly 20 years of experience across the full lifecycle of asset-based lending (ABL), including credit risk, originations, structuring, operations, and executive leadership. She built her career at JPMorgan, where she held senior roles spanning the U.S. and Europe, leading complex cross-border transactions and managing large-scale portfolios. Her experience ranges from underwriting and risk management to global deal execution and operational transformation, giving her a uniquely comprehensive perspective on the ABL ecosystem.

Throughout her career, Kennedy has been recognized for driving innovation and building authority within the ABL space—leading digital transformation initiatives, modernizing collateral management practices, and enhancing client and stakeholder experiences. She has successfully led global teams, executed jurisdictional lending strategies across more than 20 countries, and played a key role in advancing technology adoption within legacy lending environments. Her ability to bridge technical expertise, operational execution, and strategic vision has positioned her as a trusted leader in navigating the evolving demands of secured lending.

After leaving JPMorgan, Kennedy acquired and revitalized a due diligence and advisory platform, repositioning it to address the modern challenges facing asset-based lenders through a combination of advanced technology and specialized services. This work led to the formation of AIO Vision, a joint venture where she leverages market-leading lender technology to deliver scalable, forward-looking solutions. Based in South Carolina with her husband and daughters, she continues to focus on enhancing transparency, improving risk management, and equipping lenders with the tools and insights needed to compete in today’s increasingly complex financial landscape.
